Virginia Catholic Conference Brief in Virginia Same-Sex Marriage Case

The Virginia Catholic Conference, together with the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, has filed an amici curiae brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to defend Virginia's constitutional and statutory definition of marriage.
