Final HHS rule

The final rule re the HHS contraception mandate has been issued.  Here is the HHS press release.  The bishops are withholding judgment for now.

Why withhold judgement? The fact is, it is unconstitutional to mandate that every Insurance Company must be a contraception provider so that as Father Jenkns has stated from the beginning, those who, for religious and/or moral reasons, do not want to condone the use of contraception, are being penalized if they choose not to violate there Faith and/or morals.
