Murray, "The Elephant in Hosanna-Tabor"

My former student, Brian Murray, has recently published an insightful paper on the Hosanna-Tabor case, "The Elephant in Hosanna-Tabor" (link) which explores the question -- which Hosanna-Tabor did not have to answer definitively -- of how to define, or identify, "religious" institutions.  Check it out.

"What is Truth?"

While it may be true that "opponents of the decision generally claimed that The First Amendment does not enable religious organizations and churches to "stand above the law", those members who are following Truth Himself, are in communion with The Law, and there is no lie in Him.
