Villanova Symposium on the Moral Foundations of Private Law

This Friday, March 23, Villanova will host its annual Joseph T. McCullen, Jr. Symposium, and the topic is the moral foundations of private law. Speakers include James Gordley (Tulane), Chapin Cimino (Drexel), Eric Claeys (George Mason), Andrew Gold (DePaul), Jody Kraus (Penn), Nate Oman (William & Mary), Jeff Pojanowski (Notre Dame), and Chaim Saiman and yours truly from Villanova.
