Conscience rights at Vanderbilt

What is Vanderbilt University thinking?  Either the nursing program is trying to scare away potential applicants who oppose abortion, or else the program desperately needs to hire someone new to draft its informational materials.

Apparently Vanderbilt has now backtracked from its original position in response to a complaint filed by the Alliance Defense Fund. This is the right result, but the problem should never have arisen in the first place. See the link below.
