The Criminal Law's "Special Part"

This weekend, the Louisiana State University Law Center is hosting a conference on "The Theory of the Criminal Law’s 'Special Part'"; that is, on the "dimension of criminal law that identifies and defines the specific offenses that are subject to criminal sanctions."
